The best present I got was being with my family.

But they got me a lot of gifts I wasn't expecting.

I got the joy of watching my children open their presents. The little dude had more fun opening the wrapping than actually playing with the toys. It was awesome.

Oh, and I got some cool tools, clothes, and laid-twice. :) Ho Ho Ho!

Got some quiet time on Christmas Eve, got to watch the kids rip through their stuff Christmas morning and then we headed to the parents house and got to eat some great food and sit with the family chattin away. It was a long day, but nice.


 


Now if only they'd let me take the lights & tree down!

We have lights EVERYWHERE!!!!!!! Everyone usually helps tear stuff down....but they usually make me wait until later in January to take it all down......I'm done with Christmas...I want to put it all away til next year!

I think I did pretty good this year.  I am stoked!  I got roughly $200.00 in Christmas tips from the customers on my paper route which will go toward a graphics tablet for Kittylynns computer.  Including a $50.00 gift card and a letter from one of my customers family thanking me for my friendship and support in lieu of a in the Line of Duty Death when their loved one was shot and killed about 2 years ago this January.  Those here, that are in Law Enforcement, will know exactly what I am talking about.  I also got a boxed in tin set of the series Band of Brothers which I have been wanting for a long time but Kittylynn kept putting me off.

IO and myself finally figured out what we wanted to get each other for Xmas ....    A couple of MP3 players with FM modulators so we can use them no matter what vehicle we are driving ....


Yea .....   no more scattered homemade Cd's to hunt and find ...   Now I just have to remember where I laid down the player at ......

I got me some bling.....well, lots of bling


new watch with diamonds, a cameo necklace with matching earrings ..set in Black Onyx with marcasite and sterling silver...very nice. A silver chain necklace with a cross on it, new silver earrings.....a couple of CD's, A 3 month Zune pass, which is awesome, and a Rumba vaccuum cleaner, which has to be the most awesome thing around....I got a really neat cross for the wall ..it is made out of wire and marble and is very rustic chic looking. I love it. I also got a new beaded silver choker with a fleur de lis on it. .....


 


The best Christmas present was waking up early and seeing how excited my daughter was to see that Santa had eaten the cookies and milk she left...and that the reindeer ate all the carrots. Santa even left her a note. She thought that was so cool...so did I , since it was a surprise to me, as well.
