HE was fucking walking! He was walking the same speed the officers were 5 and 10 foot away! And as for the shooting at the officers. PLEASE, So, if I fire a bullet 3 weeks ago does that fucking count too?!!!! geeezzz. I'll say this much, if I was that guy, I would be dead, but so would the two officers right fucking behind me! Like I said before-when looking at justification of the use of force, you look at:

1. Intent

2. Opportunity

3. Ability

The guy had once poined the gun at the cop, and the cop blocked it with his arm and pointed it back at the cops as he was moving away (intent)

The guy still had the gun (opportunity)

Almost anybody can pull a trigger (ability)

When you talk about the moving target, you also have to realize the cops were also moving and under alot of stress

And don;t hang that "brotherhood mentality" thing on me. Remember, I was the one who had the guts to speak against the actions on that clip of the Vegas cop chopping that drunk kid in the throat
