Don't feel guilty, you deserve a little time off from your "plan" every now and then. Just don't do it too often and you'll be alright. And congratulations on the weight loss.

Congrats, TC. I was a little overweight after my second shild, but then i had surgery and i got really skinny. So i take advantage of the events. I eat 5 small meals a day now, and i make sure drink 8 glasses of water, if not more. I have lost my taste for sweets, but potatoes are my weakness, and bread.
