If you are thinking of suicide, even the smallest bit, you need to talk and you need to address it by seeking assistance. Find a person in your life that you can talk with that is close to you. A family member, friend, co-worker, medical professional, religious leader, whoever you feel comfortable speaking with. You would be surprised how receptive people will be.

Thoughts of suicide are signs of a damaged psych. But much like a broken arm, the damage can be treated and will heal-as long as it receives the proper attention.

Here is an excellent website with some resources concerning suicide. It is an international organization with help for those that need help (as we all do at points in our lives).

To those that sent me PM's. I really appreciate the kind words. I Thank ya much. It seems on top of this bullshit, I have aquired a stalker. My feelings are a wreck and now i got this dumbfuck calling me all ours of the night hanging up on me. And no it's not my husband, cause i know someone is gonna say that. Today would be better for me f i had Gotten some fucking sleep. So my husband will be back in a couple days from his "clear his head/party till i drop" trip. I guess we will see how much head clearing he got done. I have a gut feeling things will be the same. He has given me the excuse that he is "scouting out" the place because we are looking to move. I am not sure if i am ready to move that far away from my family with a man I am not 100% sure of. The military is to blame for a lot of his fucked up mentality, his lack of feeling. I just wonder if a move like that could be the solution to it all. I am so confused.
