and the guy still sitting in his truck in the bayou surranded. they blew two tires with spikes, and then he hit a truck (minamal damage)


backs up to go around- backs into a cop car (at least another 5 years for that)


 


he is armed in his truck, no front tires, in a bayou and k9 units ready
