Got my bed up and running.....    works pretty good.    great way to stretch and get dizzy at the same time...


Maybe I'll slow down on the angle till I get used to it a little more...


Any way....  back starting to feel better ....   The doc says to just take it easy for awhile and I'll be ok...

a friend of mine said that hers is the best thing she ever did. she and hubby that had back surgery about 8 months back wont sleep on anything else.


 


 


he had 2 vertabra (spel) replaced due to shifting and deteration) ouch....

And no damnit....   the girl in the picture was not in the box upon delivery...


I've used it twice now,   about ten minutes apiece....   I think it's helping for sure...feels good anyway

My Grandparents have this, and they love it. I don't know what I was thinking. Wait a second I don't think when I am sober, I have already had a 6 pack right now and its only 20:00.  LOL, have fun for who ever is working tonight.
