I'm gonna take a jab at this and in all fairness....I'll be nice.   My take is that TOPMOD is here, to observe and give insight on how the forum's rules and regs help AND hurt us here. He is to give props when needed and guideance. There are some people (NO NAMES) that go to extereme and take jokes, actions and the like WAY   WAY  WAY to seriuos. there are others that hijakc, become rude and cruel towards and just basically go over the top with others and that is a redirection/dicapline area that he (please be a guy) is going to work on and adcise with.   Chill people.
