An officer asks to be measured from the top of his head to his toes, He is 6ft tall so he gets $72,000
A second smarter oficer decides to raise his hands over his head and measure to his toes. He gets $96,000
The next guy is an old grizzled captain. He says "Measure me from the tip of my dick to my balls"
