I have been have a shoulder problem for 9 plus months so I decide to have it checked out. I kinda thought I might have torn a muscle or a tear in my rotator cuff. But, no I have to be different..... I have managed to tear my capsule from the bone. To explain what the capsule is.... the capsule is a sheet of tough fibers that surrounds the humeral head and the glenoid. This capsule helps keep your shoulder from comming out of socket, in other words I have fucked my shoulder up and have to go through shoulder reconstruction were they will stitch the capsule back to the bone. So can anyone give any tips on shoulder surgery, have you had one? I will be having surgery at the end of May, I have been told it takes 4 months to heal
