Seriously,  I can see how someone can or would be offended by an off color black joke just like fat jokes, or jewish jokes {NO IAM NOT CHEAP}, gay jokes, uh small dick jokes {NO MY DICK ISNT THAT SMALL} Uh  skinny jokes, whatever.  Its called HUMOR.


THis is not a serious place wither, hence the name OTHER place, You've been warned

Ive made tons of mac n cheese since then,  I just rip top of box open and make sure I take out the cheese pack FIRST b4 dumping said uncooked mac into boiling water.  Hurts trying to extricate the soggy cheese pack from boiling H2O

I dont know ya'll.....I am a big clown, but I just didnt find it funny. Perhaps I did not find it funny because I just dont get it. I might laugh if it was a Mexican joke because I get it....I dont like them all, but I get them.


 I can understand why TJ would not like joke...give her a break; she is entitled to her opinion, you know!

A friend of mine posted this same list on another LEO forum last year and the reaction was actually worse. She came under fire from various smug sharpshooters (ala officer.com) who turned what she merely meant as a jest into evidence that she was unfit for law enforcement...it quick became a witchhunt ...she ended up withdrawing the post and then, worried that it would affect her job prospects, she had to talk another poster into also removing the quote. And why? I've actually seen worse on the Chapelle show. 


When I came on this job in 1986 the senior Sgt. came up to me just before I swore the oath and said "Well, are you ready to become a second class citizen?" I didn't realize what he meant by that then but I do now. I'm tired of double standards...why is it acceptable to mock poor southern or rural whites but not urban persons of color?


Political correctness has made liars of us all.
