This can be done. This is how I did it. Losing 20 pounds in 30 days is more realistic, however. Keep in mind that it will be hard on your body.

1. Fast-no food. This means intake NO calories. Your body will not like this for the first two weeks while your stomach shrinks.

2. Drink much water to flush your system and prevent forming kidney stones. Do not starve your body of water.

3. Take double the dose of a multivitamin to supplement lost vitamins and minerals.

3. Take a fiber supplement to keep bowels active.

4. Exercise, but there is no need to over do it. This helps to discourage the body from converting muscle to energy.
