So the bitch I hit with my car back in December is fighting her failure to yield ticket. And the court date is on Vday, now I never really had a date for Vday but I don't want one with a fuckin judge and couple attorney's. GRRR. Her insurance company is also saying she is only 80 % at fault. Damnation. Can anyone tell me I am fuckin piss.
And to make it worse I am post to have a testing date on the 14th, so I told the deputy that I can't make it.

She is contesting her ticket against the cop, basically it was a suicide driveway, and then you just give it hell. And the stupid bitch had a SUV, with 4wd hello you put in in 4 wd and gun it. Not fucking go 5-10 mph out on a highway.

Different where I live. When I went to testify for a crash, (not on duty) I got paid about 7 bones
