Hair help

Anyone know of a shampoo or vitamin supplement that helps with hair growth (on your head sickos)? I have noticed with age that the rate my hair grows is steadily decreasing. Someone said that eating too much chocolate can cause your hair to stop growing??? Someone else told me caffine??? I can't live without my coffee and choclate donuts!

Tail and Maine is what MP is talking about.... you can buy the conditioner in the pet section of wal-mart.

I use that stuff, I have horses. It just doesn't seem to being doing the trick....guess I'm just getting older? Everything gets slower when you're older....LOL

Are you overweight?

My plan is to lose weight on my head! That way the hair follicles will be closer together giving the illusion of thicker hair!

If part of the problem is the growing forehead syndrome try combing your eyebrows up!

Ok ok.... you could always try Rogaine. When I was 18 I went to a dermatologist who ran his fingers through my hair and said, "You have male pattern baldness, and you'll be bald by 30". He then handed me a sheet of paper with all these aerial photos of bald heads, and then pointed to one and said, "that's going to be you!".

You can image how devastating that was to an 18 yr old with a sweet blonde highlighted mullet!! I was almost suicidal!!! So, I dropped a 100 bucks a month on Rogaine (in 1988) for about 6 or 7 months until I couldn't afford it anymore.

Did it work? I don't know, but I still have (almost) all my hair!!!

Nah!!! I had one in the 80's along with lines shaved in the sides. The best doo I had was my Platinum Blonde one!!!

Then I went flat top crew cut and now short and purposely messy

And here I am... (well for a day or so)

Bodie hasn't found his way here has he? Cause I would hate for him to get all amorous while looking at my cute pirate smile!

LMAO...I think I'll pass on the Ronco too...I broke down and went to the hair salon close to where I work....she said it is the high iron content in my water and put some "malibu" treatment in my hair.....my blonde highlights are brighter and my hair looks healthier....I didn't know well water could do that kind of damage?

Pre-natal vitamins do wonders for my hair and nails. you dont have to plan on getting pregnant or even be pregnant...they just have lots of vitamins that help with that stuff. The vitamin content are actually just regular vitamins that women need no matter what.

I am letting my hair grow out...after many years of it being short. Now that I getting older.....my short hair looks matronly, so I am going for a below the chin , above the shoulders shag looking thing...I think it will work.

I feel and look like shit..my "glow is gone...I look the color of a grey , wet dishtowel....maybe  a trip to the salon is in order for a manicure, pedicure and some basic pampering ...a booby lift would be nice, but I will avoid that and let my pregnancy hormones go away on their own and keep doing my pilates......
