OK, the hijack log might not tell you what you need to do. I ran it on a comp that was infected with 4 download trojans and code red virus. The log found 2 of the trojans, that was it. I got the other 2 out and the virus gone, than ran CCleaner, it straightened the drive out. Had to run it 4 times, but NO reload!!
The log is great if you run it on a clean machine and use that for a "base-line" to compare the same machine to later on. You also have to know what processes, etc. are going on, and what is supposed to be running.

There's only a few items that are strange, that I can see: (marked in red) Do you still have "GhostSurf" installed? The other ones, I'm not sure of, but they may be related to an admimistration program that isn't installed, they have IP addy's listed in the values. Try downloading CCleaner here: http://www.ccleaner.com/download then re-post the log.
