We arrive in Texas this morning and bump the dock ..... and they start unloading us .... On this particular load, we are supposed to pick up return product and take it back to Georgia ... easy you would think ....
The load is Hazardous Materials .... Chemicals in big totes ..... Drenched in water from the warehouse leaky roof .... The combo boxes are falling apart leaving the product wet and and falling out of the bags ....
So I tell this guy to hold up loading my truck while I make a phone call ..... It's like no way in hell am I about to put this crap on my truck .... and Haz Mat to boot .....
So while I'm on the phone with the agent, he walks up and tells me I refused the load and starts yelling at me .... I said ..no ... I just asked you to let me check on something before you loaded it ... then I just turn and walk away .... I'm about a hundred feet away when I asked the agent if he could still here this guy still hollering ... He said yes and to just leave ... we were not going to be treated like this ....
It's a simple fix .... A few notes on the bill to cover my butt, secure the totes ..... load the truck .... simple ... you would think
Any way ... pull up close the doors and out the drive way we go ..... An hour and half later ....

these are all safty issues and that must come first, go deal not to take the laod, or at least cover your self...
what a freakin idiot. yelling and all, I mean come on. you would think a grown adult would act like....well......thats an after thought.
