ok so i have my puter scaneed and cleaned every saturday for spyware, viruses and what not.

Why Can't I View Webcam Pics With Trillian

On my computer, Clownboots' and my pictures show as a little red X. It couldn't have been deleted by Activboard or the pic-hosting site, because everyone else says they can see them!! What could be wrong with my computer?
