Hmmmm.....it was a picture caption and that does constitutes as a comment.

Maybe what she means is that only people that ride the short bus can comment on their picture ?????   If thats so then MP and BC would be able  to but IO and WB would not ....


 


That doesn't seem fair at all but I guess depending on the pet ....  short bus people might need to clarify just what it is and what they do with it ....
