Can someone tell me how to play BIN files?

You don't actually play a .bin file, a .bin file contains data that would need to be accessed by some other file, such as a .exe file.

What exactly are you trying to do?

To play a .bin file you need to download VLC media player. VLC

Right click on your bin file and choose open with vlc media player. If it is not an option choose "choose program from list" and look for it. Once you find it on that list there should be a box to click that says "always use this program for this type pf file", you want to check that.
