First of all, Her following me 24/7 when I am around, she won't leave me around even with other people and animals around. I move she moves. She is clingy. Sorry I can't really help here, besides just tell her to go laydown. And look at it this way, at least someone loves you.
Second, She won't stay outside once again if I am not around, she will either bark or jump on the house siding....big no-no Tell her that she her NO with a strict voice, also it's nice she barks but she is barking for the wrong reason. Don't try those no bark things, you want her for a protection dog and those don't help.
Third, her potty training...She knows she does wrong caue when u catch her she runs for the outside... Fourth, Her biting, she still tries to bite, trying to break her of that as well WTF Tell Plush to stop teaching the dog bad things, LOL. Ok on a serious note, when she bites you hit her on her nose. Make sure she feels it. And I don't know what to do on the bathroom part.
Tips please...Oh and we start puppy school next week...yea-- Edited by Photogrrlz at 13:29, 2006-06-08

Buy a cattle prod. that will do the trick.
Second, She won't stay outside once again if I am not around, she will either bark or jump on the house siding....big no-no
Again...cattle prod.
Third, her potty training...She knows she does wrong caue when u catch her she runs for the outside...
Use your taser next time she does it...will never do it again.
Fourth, Her biting, she still tries to bite, trying to break her of that as well
Bite her back.

Biting your dog back is a GREAT tip! It shows dominance. You bite them on their ears. Every dog owner that I know has used that tip and it has worked wonders for all of them.

she follows because she is aytpeting to see "the pack"
let her know she is welcome...and that she can chill. she will...but remember she is a pup...so "baby" she is learning. time will help that.
the house training thing,.. she knows. tone of voice with the going inside, and PRAISE when outside. take her out and ignore her till she goes, then/...be all over here.
buting..growl at her , and tell her no. the biting the ear also works, but you run the risk of her nipping you.

Texascheechee is right, the reason why your puppy is always at your side is becouse you are the master. dogs are pack animals and will always need a Alpha leader which is you as the master. and since she's still a pup it still desires that motherly nurture that you give it. in time your pup will ween it's self off of that behavior, nothing to worry about. and the barking is becouse she misses you and wants your attention. dont get in the habit of always going outside stop her from barking..in time she will associate the barking with attention knowing that you will instantly come to her. when she barks undesireably give a sharp "NO" and then walk away. after time she will stop barking for your attention. give her a toy to play with if you leave her for long periods of time.
sounds like you have had some success with potty training. most people find this is the hardest part to a puppy, and certainly it takes the most patience. i would suggest going out with your puppy to her potty spot if she has one. dont play or walk her around but take her to the spot and give the verbal command "TAKE A BREAK". when she goes give lots and lots of verbal praise and hugs and a small treat. eventualy she will associate that command with going to the bathroom on command. if you happen to come across a mess already made in the house dont punish her becouse it is too late for that and she wont understand. but if you catch her in the act give a stern "NO" and take her outside to her potty stop and give the bathroom command. if she goes give lots of praise, you want to re-enforce that positive behavior.
the biting is expected becouse she is still a puppy but of course she will have to learn when not to bite. next time she bites when it's not time to play give her a sharp "NO" and pull your hand back. after a while she will learn not to bite you.
raising puppies takes patience, some times lots of it. i think the thing to realize is it will take time to train the puppy to how you want. nothing will happen overnight. so with that, goodluck and keep us posted
whats the puppies name? and post some damn pictures of her!
i was thinking about the potty issue. she runs from you not becouse she knows she did wrong by pottying in the house but runs from the fear of getting in trouble from you. dogs remeber things by association. so, if you have that folded up newspaper and cursing while chasing her to punish her.
Biting your dog back is a GREAT tip! It shows dominance. You bite them on their ears. Every dog owner that I know has used that tip and it has worked wonders for all of them.
You might want to watch your own snout when you try that trick..... OH, never mind, um let Plush do this for you!
dont ever try biting your puppy for punish to teach it not to bite you. she will pecieve this as an aggressive attack towards her..and what do dogs do when they feel threatend? they will become defensive, keep that in mind
