I had seen this video a few times before. They even showed it in my police academy. I always thought it was fake but the info on that website sounds legitmate. Intresting

I realized that it probably had since it came out last fall and the recorder shows it being taped 2003. But when it was first posted on the various sites there was little or no explanation which I thought snopes did a pretty good job.
