I live in an apartment complex while my husband is in Iraq, and crackheads moved in. It's not what they are doing, it's what they are not doing. Well, one of the things we have up here in Canadaland is the offence Mischief, which is a bit of a catch all offence. It covers almost everything from vandalism to disturbing your neighbours.

In our criminal code we are entitled to enjoyment of our property (dwelling house - rented or owned) 24/7. So, when we get problem and we've dealt with them a couple times, we tell them to turn it down, etc and that if we come back we'll be arresting them, seizing the stereo or TV, and holding it for court.

Now, if we want them evicted we threaten the landlord with being charged as a party to the offence. And that usually lights a fire under their asses!!!

If it's just junkies coming or going and there isn't a noise problem start calling your local police. And if they have a community sub office go in and ask for their help. But make sure you let them know you are willing to do your part, and do that by brings dates, times, and licence plate numbers if you can.

Never lived by any crack-heads or known any. Knew a drug supplier from Mexico, but stopped talking to thim as soon as I found out who his daddy really was.......That was in my younger, I am invicible (sp) days. What an idiot.

I knew something was not right when I went to his ranch and he showed me this collection of weapons that did not look like something you buy at Wal-Mart or corner gun shop. When he asked me if I wanted to learn how to shoot one, I told him he was nuts and that my fingerprints were already all over the place......he laughed at me and told me I was smarter than I looked. Idiot. He desereved what he got and I have always felt guilt about wishing that on another human, but he was evil.

He was shot in a bar I frequented back in my day ....by someone I thought I knew well enough to hang out with in between classes at the junior college we attended. Jesus help me......the guy who shot him was part of another drug cartel/cult ...one that also murdered people in a ritualistic manner for more power. The same one that murdered that young man from UT during Spring Break...many , many moons ago. Remember the whole Sanatria tihng down in Matamoros.

Its rather embarrassing and scary to admit I attended the same parties and was in social circles who knew people like that. My poor parents .....worried about me so much.

There, I have confessed that I have known some realy bad people......I didnt even find out some were really bad until they were dead. I never did anything illegal when I was with them, but just knowing them was bad enough ......and then realizing how much danger I was in by going to parties hosted by them after the fact is even worse.......someone is watching out for me , huh?

Yes, I remember his name. That was so awful......even more awful that I knew one of the people involved on the bad side. And I didnt even know he was a bad person.......he had me fooled. I was so naive .....lucky, but naive.
