Anyone watch it? I saw an episode for the first time last week, so I went out and picked up the first session. It's great.


I have to say that I love all the women on it!!

Been watchin it since the remake first came out. I was a fan of the old version, but the new one has it's perks. I am a bit tired of the blonde cylon that only Baltazare can see though.....the flash backs and fantasy thing gets a bit over done. They put a new twist on it though cause now her "awakened" cylon sees and hears him in her head....


Pretty cool show all in all.

I watched season one's final episode last night and now I have to go and by season 2!!!


I used to watch the first one as a kid and the remake is great!

The biggest problem I had was Starbuck being a chick in the the re-make.....it just killed some of the "old show" history for me.....

who's your favorite cylon? I like Sharon. She's a bit weird, but she's also the one who is usually the "sleeper" and I think it adds to the plot. You just never know when she may snap back to programming....

It did take a bit for me to get used to the "gender" changes of the characters, but now I think it's great. The one thing that annoyes me is the teasing with nudity, I know sometimes less is more, but I really want more!!! haha


Though, for the sake of the show, it's a good thing that it's kept fairly tame save for the odd, "asshole" now and then.


Another one of my favorite shows is Dead Like Me. The problem with that show is the conversion to regular TV would have been difficult because one of the best things about the show was the "swearing!!"


I watched the first season of BSG over three nights, but took a two break before watching the season finale.


And Capt Adama reminds me of Bosco from Third Watch, WTF is that all about! haha

I'm not going to take this way off topic, so I'll only make this one comment, lol. I also loved Dead Like Me, it was a great show. I was so sorry that it was cancelled. Was that one of the tv shows filmed in Vancouver?

Dead Like Me was filmed here in Vancouver. On the post it notes the street names they used were the real streets. I was actually going to mention that if anyone had even seen it, that they were getting to see great shots of Vancouver.

Ok, I am a sci-fi nut myself. I watched the first battlestar's and when they said they were going to do it again, I couldn't wait. However, I was disappointed. The camera shots with the ships are killer, but the way they went with the human cylon plot has gotten ridiculous. I still watch it and will continue to, but the sooner they get rid of the imaginary people the FRAKING better!
