I have a pic that I wanna use, but it says it is too big. How does one resize a pic? I want add some flashing lights to it too, anyone know how to do this stuff?
open up the image in Paint and click on Images now click on Stretch/Skew. makes some reductions say like 95% at a time. so go ahead and type 95% in both boxes that say Horizontal and vertical
now to check the size go to Attributes under Images and keep reducing until you reduce the image small enough
Paint can be handy for certain image editing things, but when it comes to resizing pics, it sucks big time. Use a free image app like irfanview, type that into a search engine and u will find it. If u still have the original pic of your avatar intact, give it another shot with irfanview, because at the moment it looks shit.
