Does any one like fantasy books

Like the Lord of The Rings for Starters.

some of my favorite authors are Tom Clancy, David B. Coe, R. A. Salvatore

I know that Tom Clancy is not fantasy but he is still good.

I don't read much fantasy anymore, but still follow P.C. Hodgell's Jame/Kencyr series. To Ride a Rathorn is due out this year from Meisha Merlin.

Lord of the Rings rules.  definate classic.   I preferred the books tothe movies.

Harry potter series is great.

THere was a whole series on the cave bear people that was good.

Who is R. A. Salvatore???

If anyone gets the sci fi channel....   3-17-06 at 9 pm on the scifi channel is Dr. Who......  [ the origional Dr. Who  was produced from England roughly in 1970's  the dude travels through time via his telephone booth (way befor "Bill & Ted's" adventures were even thought of....) ] I haven't seen this  and I dont know if it is a series or a one time shot...   just a heads up to anyone interested in that sort of thing.
