Ok last night I started my workout routine again. I havent done it in over 22 mnths. But I did it last night and Im going to do it everyday till i get as toned as I can. I ran for 45 mins straight i wanted to stop but pushed myself harder and harder. I lifted weights for an hr . Then I did crunches I use to do sets of 150 at a time but last night I got to like 50 then I had my daughter come a jump on me so I will be doing those when she is asleep. I want to get my muscle mass back I use to be in great shape .. so that is what I am pushing for. Man today I am sore lol but im gonna do it all over again. Also I am going and signing up for boxing soon. I want to keep that in my work out .. I use to do it yrs ago and stopped I am going to start it again. Nothing pro just for me is all. anyhow MAN I AM SORE LOL
Since how you have not done this in like 22 months....a point of caution.
You may want to rethink this starting where you left, and start and build your way back. Your body isnt use to this and youve had a lot of changes since.
yes, PCW I am with TexasChickeee, you might need to start slow and work your way back to were you were 22 months ago....
If I miss going to the gym for 2 weeks or so, even then I am very careful the first couple of days. I had a great idea to work on my leg strenght by running up a large hill on the road I live on. Well to make a long story short I must have been a little dehidrated that night and ran the hill its 6 tenths of a mile 1 large hill 2 smaller one and I almost had to crawl up the driveway and into the house. My legs cramped for over 2 hours and I was in a fetal position. Becareful, I am not sure why my body acted that way that night because I have been going to the gym 3 days a week and running.... Take some Ibuprofen and take it easy for a couple of days....

lol thanks you 2 . I know i am suppost to start off slow .. but i am a pusher i push myself to the breaking point. I did cut back running time last night to 20 mins and yeah um i walk like i got f*ked sideways lol. I did however pic up the slack and did 300 crunches andlifeted again. i am cutting to 10 mins running today and i am takingcritain i think thats the stuff anyhow. I w will keep you updated on my tone up goal.
