Really? Its not a bad game...probably too spooky for cops, though. you might not like it...and I am not being a bitch about that. It freaks me out and I am not a cop; while it allows the player to use clue finding skills and reasoning that can stya out of trouble....it involves an FBI agent (player) who is searching for a serial killer with the help of police officers who send out some good warnings that the player either has to decide to listen to or ignore. While finding clues to capture this serial killer; the agent encounters situations involving drug addicts and various psychotic criminals he must kill or mame in in some way without getting injured. The player ahs a gun but limited ammo so it cant be used to defend all the time. There are pipes, and various crude weapons that can be used. The players gun is stolen in the process and he must find the thug who took it while protecting himself. It gets creepy and its not a pretty picture at times...ghraphics are a bit realistic. Do a search and read more about it......my husband plays it and I watch and he is pretty brutal when it comes to defending himself, but he never gets to his taser on time when he needs it and game is over ......so that is why I am not sure its a good game for cops to play.

I know this is kind of a dead thread, so my apologeez in advance for bringing it up, but isn't condemned the sequel to Manhunt? Or are they totally different?
I dont think so....let me go look at the box....NOPE.
The player is Ethan Thomas, an FBI agent. You use instinct and forensic tools to investigate crime scenes, collect evidence, and find clues. I have watched hubby play and I am always telling him to watch his back and stop entering a room with his back to the door...he just laughs at me......especially when I yell things like, "Use your taser......"
The agent has been framed for 2 murders and he has to prove he is innocent and fnd a serial killer in the process...something like that. While he is looking for clues..the deranged, scum of the earth are out there....hiding in certain places and the agent must defend himself when a creep attacks...using whatevr weapon is available.....pipe, gun, if not out of ammo, ax..or whatever else is out there.
I have never played it and only watch my husband....has to be played with the lights out for best effect. Its rather creepy and involves a lot of quick thinking and foresight.
It is very realistic and head wounds involve a lot of blood spatter......
